Hi! I’m Ilia, and I’ve spent more than a decade helping organizations attract, develop, and retain top talent. My background spans talent acquisition, engagement, and development, along with culture transformation, DEI, and employer branding. I’ve had the opportunity to work with both global brands and growing mid-sized companies, leading initiatives that connect people strategy directly to business results.
I’ve designed onboarding and leadership programs, partnered on talent management processes, and built culture strategies that improve engagement and retention across industries including professional services, fintech, manufacturing and food service.
I started Amplify & Thrive to help growing businesses do the same: build intentional people strategies that align culture, capability, and connection to create workplaces where people thrive and performance follows.
